Best morning o you all. It is actually beginning to SMELL like spring outside to me! Very exciting. "One more frog freezer" my hubby says, I think we are going to see this this week. I have heard the frogs only once so far this spring, so alright, that DOES count!

I hope you got a look at the recipe I posted yesterday and maybe even tried it, I did and it was very, very good.

I am a little excited - my hubby works at the airport and ran into Chris Graff yesterday and asked him to have me call and leave him a message/Carothers' number as they are OUT of this olive oil and WANT MORE. I am smiling as I type this - this is so cool. Little by little the SECRET of the best olive oil is getting out there. It really is good stuff.
