May 10. SLOW down spring and upcoming summer...PLEASE! Ha! This upcoming weekend is a rare one...I have nothing scheduled (in the way of work). It will be...well...not sure I will even know how to act, ha! One thing I know for sure is my little kitty Mya is going to be one content, happy baby. Also, The Great Gatsby comes out, most likely today...maybe this can be my Mothers Day treat. :))

I still have a few empty 55 gallon drums here at the warehouse for sale. they make the best grills and some people use them just for putting in sicks and brush from the yard. Call me at 810-715-9748 or 810-407-3398 if you would like one...a deal will be made. I do need to get rid of them!

I will be heading to The Flint Farmer's Market tomorrow morning for Howard's Farm's chicken - the cleanest and best chicken EVER. I is the only chicken i will consume. Visiting and chatting up a storm, great vendors and people that I miss and have not seen a while. McCarrons Bakery, a good visit with Melody who sells Carothers Olive Oil and she is in need of more on her table! She makes the best pies ever also!


I am still doing the green smoothie thing and still feeling really, really good. i am also doing water and watermelon and 1/8 tsp of cayenne blended together and drinking this throughout the day. It is delicious, aids in circulation and digestion and fat burning...yeah.
