03-21-2013   Best Olive Oil - Blog  

Hello! I just finished filling 75 pints of Carothers' Olive Oil and when I get done I drain as much as I can from the pitchers and measuring glass into a cup for me to eat/drink as I really can not stand the thought of any of this BEST olive oil going to waste in the sink (washing pitchers) or the garbage (wiping down stuff)! Usually I try to remember to have some good bread around, for dipping but I did not today so I just sipped it. It was probably about 4 ounces. Man...this oil is so wonderfully tasteful. I really do have the best olive oil. This is a satisfying job that I have. I am happy.

I have spoken before about Thursdays most always being very good days and this one was. A new Chiropractor in Southfield, Mi is going to start carrying my oil. this guy is a nutrition counselor also. Carothers' Olive Oil was recommended to him by a Chiropractor friend in Mount Pleasant, MI (he carries it also) and so this guy bought a pint, loved it, called me! His oil is being shipped to his office today.  :))

I love the connections that Carothers' is beginning to make. Sometime soon maybe Carothers' will no longer be "The Best Kept Secret"!

Second day of spring and more snow and blowing cold. Not only am I tired of the cold, I am also tired of paying the person who plows!!! I must remember, we all have our jobs and each one is important.

Looking forward to the weekend - no plans yet...just, ahhhh. I could use a little ahhhh. Especially in the 65 degree sun, right?!
