3/17/2013   Best Olive Oil - Blog

Happy Saint Patrick's Day everyone! I had a weekend full of Daughter home, it was the best! It was difficult to see her off back to her home today. I did my usual Mom thing, sending her off with assorted food to take back home and a 1/2 pint of Carothers' Olive Oil and a corned beef sandwich with horseradish (YUMMY) cheddar cheese on it and she did her usual "before I take off" stuff too; one of which is playing Moonlight Sonata on the piano and a few assorted others.
It gets harder and harder to see her go back everytime. She needs to get back this way and I think those days are coming closer...!!

The weekend has been a good break from work. We did get some more new snow, not happy but not a whole lot. Just soooooo over snow and the cold.

I am looking forward to an amazing nights rest/deep sleep and a great day back in the office tomorrow getting out more of this best olive oil to people! 

March 31st will be two years that I have now owned the company and reopened! Wow, that time flew...still hanging on! Really people, thank those of you that have love and been with this company for so many years and stuck with me through the transition. I treasure you. I love my new customers/people too! And so many more yet to come and discover this wonderful olive oil.
