Good morning to all! Yesterday I posted a picture of a potato dish that a friend of mine made drizzled in Carothers' Olive Oil...she sent me the recipe last night and I am sharing!!!

Sad note for our household, My Tuxedo is very sick this morning (kitty), we have an appointment to take him to the vet on Friday and are hoping now, to get him in today. Poor baby took a turn for the worse last night and my heart is hurting. Our furry friends are so our babies. DO NOT want to loose this guy. Good thoughts for us please! Thank you.

Just going to work hard today and listen to some good music and try to get my mind in a good place for now! I love life. I love my family/friends. I love my business. Life will work and I am blessed!
